The Cardio Deck features a variety of machines designed to get your heart rate up and burn that "extra helping" off. Each piece from the extra wide treadmills, to the summit climbers are equipped with a ten inch flat screen monitor with 75 stations of cable television to choose from. You simply plug your own ear phones into the universal jack and catch up on your favorite programs. No more jockeying for position to view a ceiling mounted monitor with subtitles while sweat is dripping in your eyes!
